In the field of the right to asylum, we assist asylum and international protection seekers, particularly the most vulnerable subjects in need of a particularly careful overall management.
We provide assistance during the whole process related to the asylum application: in the “administrative” phase before the Territorial Commissions for the Recognition of International Protection; in case of rejection, proposing the appeal pursuant to section 35 bis of Legislative Decree 25/2008 before the competent jurisdictional court; in the event of further denial of protection, when considered convenient, we challenge the relevant decision before the Court of Cassation.

We try to facilitate the integration in Italy of asylum and international protection seekers through a dedicated listening, as well as involving them in training projects on the rights and duties of the foreigners, suggesting and encouraging consistent study paths and the access to employment.
